At the beginning of this year, it was reported that nearly 10,000 Red Flag orders had been executed by our justice system, to confiscate firearms from gun owners with ZERO due process at all!
And with only a 7% denial rate for these orders, its almost certain that a ‘red flag’ order would be carried out against gun owners like us!
The sad reality is, it was ‘Republicans’ in Tallahassee that gave us this unconstitutional law back in 2018.
But we can stop them. Gun owners must mobilize and thunder at the Capitol so that the politicians know we want our Red Flag law repealed for good! With Republican supermajorities in Tallahassee and Governor DeSantis in opposition to Red Flags, this is a no brainer!
