Representative Chuck Brannan has introduced this bill to get Florida out of the rights regulation business, and to recognize our God-given right to keep and bear arms!
But there’s a problem. Tallahassee RINOs are already weakening the bill. In fact, the bill doesn’t even legalize open carry. That’s absurd!
With Governor DeSantis calling for this bill to be passed and put on his desk, and a large pro-gun majority in Tallahassee, there is absolutely no excuse why a full-orbed REAL Constitutional Carry bill can’t pass here in Florida.
