Florida gun owners have a choice to make.
Florida gun owners have a choice to make in November, and the politicians know it.
Florida’s under-21 restriction on buying rifles and shotguns is still in effect. Attorney General James Uthmeier has said he wants to work with the Legislature to right that wrong, but the restriction doesn’t disappear because a politician issued a statement. The politicians still have to act.
That record belongs in front of gun voters before the ballots are counted.
The Radical Left wants the restriction to stay, and weak Republicans would love to campaign as pro-gun without ever being forced to explain why a legal adult can be trusted to vote and serve this country but still be denied the same right to buy a long gun as an older adult.
Mandatory early voting runs October 24 through October 31, and Election Day is November 3. Between now and then, FGO needs the resources to identify gun voters, expose where candidates stand, run hard-hitting digital ads, and make politicians answer for their records.
